Data Deletion Instructions

As required by Meta’s Platform Terms and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), this page explains how you can request deletion of personal data processed by Client Compass.
How to request deletion
Please send a request using one of the following:

- Phone/WhatsApp: +27 74 094 0550
Include the following so we can find your records:
- Your full name (if known to us)
- The phone number used for WhatsApp enquiries
- Any email address you used with us
- Approximate dates of enquiries or interactions
- Optional: a link/screenshot of the WhatsApp chat
Identity verification
To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm details (e.g., last 2–3 message timestamps or the last 4 digits of your phone number) before we proceed.
What will be deleted
- Lead entries captured through the Service (e.g., rows in connected Google Sheets)
- Associated records stored in our systems that identify you
- Stored copies of email notifications (if any) under our control
What may be retained
- Data we are legally required to keep (e.g., records needed for tax, legal, or fraud prevention)
- Aggregated or anonymised metrics that no longer identify you
- Copies of emails already delivered to third-party inboxes (we cannot retract emails from recipient mailboxes)
Timeline and confirmation
- We acknowledge requests within 3 business days
- We aim to complete deletion within 7 business days (or explain if a different lawful basis applies)
- We will send you a confirmation once completed
