  1. In Maps, look for businesses with no "Website" button — just a phone number. That's your lead.
  2. Check they're actually trading — recent reviews, opening hours, photos.
  3. Grab the public phone or email. Never guess one.
  4. Best targets = lots of good reviews but no website. They're clearly busy and clearly missing something.
  5. Add them above, then work them from the My Leads tab.
